The founders began their career in Torrevieja in 2002 and in 2008 decided to found Next Casa 4u and opened the office in La Zenia. Since then, we have worked with thousands of clients to find the right home for the right buyer.

Our after-sales service is well-known, and our communal barbecue evenings in the summer are well attended. We assist with all legal aspects before the purchase, help with internet and TV installation, and any alarm/lock changes.

Our construction company assists our clients with renovations over the years and oversees the construction so the client doesn't have to come in to check it out. We also have good contacts with furniture stores, air conditioning stores, and much more, which is included in our support whenever the client requires assistance.
