Torrevieja City Councilor for Culture, Antonio Quesada, announces that guided tours will resume at the Torrevieja Natural History Museum starting Sunday, March 2nd.

This spring, UNED-Torrevieja is funding guided tours and scheduled activities for a total of 60 days for schools, families, and the general public. The tours will be accompanied by special activities, both to raise awareness and knowledge among visitors about species biodiversity and the environmental education necessary for their conservation.

The museum will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays for school students, and on Sundays and holidays for families and the general public.

Visits and activities will be offered in groups of up to 30 people per group. On Wednesdays and Fridays, tours will be offered by one to three groups each morning, with visiting hours adapted to the needs of each school. On Sundays and holidays, the museum will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for free admission, and at 11:00 a.m., there will be a guided tour and activity for families and the general public.

This reopening is being carried out in collaboration with the Departments of Culture, Education, Tourism, and Environment of the Torrevieja City Council.
